Lawful liquids must be sealed in leak-proof containers, protected with suitable internal packaging and placed in a strong outer package.
We may refuse any liquid that is flammable, corrosive, toxic, unstable, unidentified or likely to damage other parcels.
9. Batteries and Electronic Equipment

Fragile and valuable items must be declared and packaged appropriately. Transkro Express may require photographic records, proof of value, reinforced packaging, identity verification, signature confirmation or other special handling measures.
We may refuse an item where the value cannot be reasonably verified, the packaging is inadequate or the transportation risk is considered excessive.
11. Documents and Confidential Materials
Original certificates, passports, licences, examination materials, confidential documents, legal instruments and irreplaceable records should only be sent after the customer has considered the risk and confirmed that the selected service is appropriate.
Copies should be retained wherever possible. Transkro Express will not be liable for consequential losses arising from the loss or delayed delivery of documents, except as required by applicable law.
12. Right to Inspect
Transkro Express may ask the sender to open a parcel before acceptance. We may also inspect a parcel after acceptance where reasonably necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, compliance, damage assessment or another lawful operational purpose.
Refusal to permit a reasonable inspection may result in rejection, suspension or return of the parcel.
13. False Declaration or Concealment
A sender must not conceal prohibited contents, use a false description, misstate the value, disguise the nature of an item or provide misleading information.
Where this occurs, Transkro Express may:
- refuse or stop the shipment;
- hold or isolate the parcel;
- return it at the sender's cost;
- surrender it to an appropriate authority;
- recover costs arising from the incident;
- reject any refund or compensation claim; and
- take any other lawful action considered necessary.
14. Detention, Seizure and Reporting
A parcel may be detained, seized, inspected or confiscated by a lawful authority. Transkro Express may cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulators and other authorised bodies where required or reasonably necessary.
Compensation will not ordinarily be payable where an item is detained, seized or confiscated by a lawful authority acting within its powers.
15. Rejection or Return of a Parcel
Transkro Express may reject, suspend, stop, return or refuse delivery of a parcel where:
- the contents are prohibited or restricted;
- the sender refuses inspection;
- the parcel is unsafe or improperly packaged;
- required information is missing or false;
